MicroFlex e190 is designed to help today’s control designs meet future needs. By supporting pulse and analog control, MicroFlex e190 brings flexible options to existing or existing applications, and provides a new platform for Ethernet control and “IoTSP ready” machine design.

MicroFlex e190 breaks existing patterns of similar products and reconsider its applicability throughout the product lifecycle. The MicroFlex e190 provides a simpler method of selecting, installing, and operating.

When used with e-Series servo motors, the MicroFlex e190 can achieve high dynamic acceleration through 300% peak torque, with high-resolution feedback as standard, ensuring excellent performance and productivity.

Added many functions

The MicroFlex e190 brings many improvements to the MicroFlex family, such as side-by-side installation and pluggable storage units to support off-site setup or copying from one drive to another. MicroFlex e190 supports all major Ethernet protocols (optional through software).

Thanks to many functions such as the second encoder input port, encoder output port, and optional motion programming, applications such as electronic gears, CAM, flying shears, labeling, and position latch control can be easily implemented without an external controller, providing more versatility than other similar drives.
