The QAxx1 series of products are DC-DC power modules designed specifically for IGBT drives. Its output current can reach up to 120mA, which can meet the power requirements of a wide range of IGBT drivers. This series of products has an efficiency of up to 81% and can operate at temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+105 ℃. It has characteristics such as an ultra small isolation capacitor of 6PF, a maximum capacitive load of 1000uF, and an isolation voltage of 3000VAC. This series of products has optional input voltage specifications of 12VDC, 15VDC, and 24VDC
