ICS TRIPLEX T8472 is a 120VAC digital output module suitable for digital signal processing and control in industrial automation systems. This module adopts a Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture, which has high reliability and fault tolerance, ensuring the stable operation of the system.

Automatic diagnosis and self check: With comprehensive automatic diagnosis and self check functions, it can detect open and short circuit faults in real time and report the fault situation through event sequence recording (SOE).
Overcurrent protection: Each channel has automatic overcurrent protection without the need for external fuses.
Hot swappable support: supports online hot swapping, achieved through dedicated slots or SmartSlot configuration.
Photoelectric isolation barrier: Built in 2500V impact resistant photoelectric isolation barrier, protecting the module from electrical interference.

4. Structure and composition
Module structure: including Front Interface Unit (FIU), Host Interface Unit (HIU), and Front Panel Unit (FPU). FIU provides isolated power supply and logic voltage, HIU is responsible for power management and local power distribution, and FPU includes necessary connectors, switches, and indicator lights.
Connection method: Hot plug configuration through dedicated slots or SmartSlot.
Diagnostic function: Each channel has an independent diagnostic function that can detect and record fault events.
