    Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

    Pre-Installation Inspection

    • Check that the power supply voltage and phase sequence match the rated specifications of the power module.

    Mechanical Fixation

    • Securely mount the drive using DIN-rail clips or bracket bolts to prevent wiring loosening caused by vibration.
    • Pre-tighten the coupling between the encoder and motor shaft to the torque value recommended by the manufacturer.

    Electrical Wiring

    • Connect the power supply, grounding, encoders, limit switches, and external I/O in accordance with the wiring diagram.
