Installation Guidelines

1. Fix the device via DIN-rail mounting, ensure the chassis is horizontal and reserve sufficient space for heat dissipation.
2. Check the power supply phase sequence before wiring, and use wire specifications with current rating lower than the nominal value.
3. Connect the power supply first and then the communication bus to avoid bus conflicts after power-on.
4. Perform on-site self-test after wiring is completed, and put the device into operation only when all LED indicators show normal status.

Maintenance Recommendations

1. Regularly inspect the tightness of wiring terminals and protective covers to prevent poor contact caused by loosening.
2. Export diagnostic logs via the built-in self-diagnosis function every six months, and replace abnormal I/O modules in a timely manner.
3. For equipment that has been shut down for a long time, it is recommended to conduct a complete functional test before powering it on again.
