Overview
The Schneider AEG 92-00759-02 MLS low-voltage switchgear is factory pre-assembled (FBA) with standardized modules. It complies with domestic and international standards such as GB/T 7251.12 and JB/T 9661. Developed and manufactured by Schneider AEG (formerly GE AEG), this product integrates the technical heritage of GE and the brand advantages of AEG.

Product Features
- Modular design allows flexible combination of busbar compartments, equipment compartments and cable compartments, supporting wall-mounted or freestanding installation.
- Compatible with a wide range of circuit breakers, including EntelliGuard™, M-Pact air circuit breakers and Record plus molded case circuit breakers, meeting requirements for different current levels and breaking capacities (up to 150 kA).
- Intelligent electronic trip units provide zone selective interlocking, instantaneous short-circuit protection, waveform capture, and Modbus/Profibus communication functions.
- The enclosure is made of 2 mm aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, with 1.5 mm steel sheet door panels. The surface is coated with epoxy powder (RAL 7035), ensuring excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
- The busbar system can be configured as three-phase four-wire or five-wire system. A double-busbar structure is adopted when the rated current is ≥ 4000 A. The busbar compartment is isolated from the equipment compartment by safety baffles, complying with Form 4b protection requirements.
Structure and Components
Power Center
The main incoming cabinet (rated current up to 6300 A) features a modular frame and can be equipped with EntelliGuard™ or M-Pact series air circuit breakers.
Motor Control Center
It offers fixed, plug-in and withdrawable units, suitable for feeder circuits and motor starting circuits with or without fuses. The module height ranges from 8E/2 to 72E.
Components
Air circuit breakers (EntelliGuard™, M-Pact), molded case circuit breakers (Record plus), intelligent motor protection devices (MC10 series), etc.
Cabinet Structure
The enclosure is made of 2 mm aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, with 1.5 mm steel sheet door panels. Optional protection classes include IP30/40/31/41/42/55. Two configurations are available: rear-mounted busbar (MLS) and top-mounted busbar (MLS-600).
Dimensions and Installation
Supports wall-mounted installation (minimum distance between cabinet rear and wall ≥ 300 mm) or freestanding installation (minimum distance between cabinet rear and wall ≥ 800 mm). The base can be fixed by welding or M16 bolts, and cabinets are connected in a row using M8 bolts.
