6. Installation and Maintenance
6.1 Installation Steps
- Loosen the four screws on the side of the device to separate the base unit and the front end unit of the SE120.
- Fix the base unit firmly on the wall and complete the cable connection work in accordance with specifications.
- Use a PZ2 screwdriver with a torque of 2.5N·m to close and fasten the two parts of the SE120.
- The front end unit will automatically dock and connect with the base unit to complete the installation.
6.2 Installation Precautions
- All installation operations must be performed by professional and qualified technicians.
- UL-certified M20 cable glands must be adopted to ensure the device reaches the minimum IP66/69K protection level.
- Use a 20mm aperture hole opener for drilling construction during installation.
- The device must be reliably grounded in strict accordance with electrical safety specifications.
6.3 Maintenance Instructions
- There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device. Disassembly and self-repair by users are prohibited.
- All maintenance and repair work shall only be carried out by authorized and qualified professional personnel.
- After long-term operation in low-temperature environments, wait for 1 to 2 hours before restarting the device to avoid equipment failure caused by internal condensation.
