• Mechanical Key Setting: Select the corresponding key combination based on the CI840/CI840A model used to ensure it matches one of the 36 configurations.
• Regular Inspection: Check terminal tightness, wire stripping length, and torque; confirm that mechanical keys are not loose.
• Environmental Requirements: Maintain operating temperature ≤ 55 °C, and avoid exposure to moisture or corrosive gases (IP20 protection rating).
