1. Overview
The ARM-1813-00GE 3500/15 is a high-reliability industrial-grade power module, which is usually installed in the designated slot of the 3500 series rack. As the energy source for the 3500 control unit—the “brain” of the system—it is equipped with main power supply and backup power supply (redundancy) functions, ensuring that the system can still operate uninterruptedly in the event of a single power failure.

High Reliability and Redundant Design
One or two 3500/15 power modules can be installed in the 3500 rack. When two modules are installed, one serves as the main power supply and the other as the backup power supply. In the event of a main power failure, the system automatically switches to the backup power supply to ensure that monitoring and protection functions are not interrupted.
Industrial-Grade Protection
It has an IP67 protection rating, featuring dustproof and waterproof performance, which is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as power plants and mines. It supports a wide temperature operating range (-40°C to +70°C) and can adapt to high and low temperature environments.
Wide Voltage Adaptability
It supports a globally universal 100-240 VAC input voltage, adapting to the power grid standards of different regions. It outputs a stable 24 VDC voltage to supply power to the sensors, processors and display modules in the rack.

Installation
- It must be installed in the designated slot of the 3500 rack (usually 4U slot).
- Ensure that the rack power switch is turned off before installation.
- Properly dock with the rack backplane to ensure that the power output can be transmitted to the entire system through the backplane.
Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Check whether the radiator of the module is blocked by dust to ensure heat dissipation performance.
- Environmental Monitoring: Ensure that the temperature and humidity of the module’s working environment are within the specified range to prevent failures caused by environmental problems.
- Troubleshooting: If the system alarms indicating a power problem, first check whether the input power is normal, then check the status indicator of the module itself or contact the supplier for replacement.
