Structure and Components

• CPU Module: Core PC (x86 processor) with basic interfaces including USB 3.0, Ethernet RJ45, and DVI‑D.
• Power Supply Module (CX2100‑0014): Connected to the right side of the CPU via a multi-pin connector, providing 24 V DC with LED power status indication.
• Cooling System: Built-in fan and heat sink form forced convection for heat dissipation.
• Optional Interface Cards: Inserted into the X300 expansion slot, offering interfaces such as DisplayPort, RS232, RS422/RS485, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS, CANopen, and PROFINET.
• CFast Card Slot: Located at the rear of the chassis, using a push/push ejection mechanism and supporting industrial-grade CFast cards.

Application Areas

Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

1. Model Selection & Power Supply: Ensure the system’s peak power consumption ≤ 45 W. Use the CX2100‑0014 24 V DC power supply and comply with EN 60204‑1 wiring specifications.
2. Mechanical Installation: Use TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 DIN rails. For fan-equipped models, install vertically or horizontally; maintain a 30 mm ventilation gap above and below. Fanless models support horizontal installation only.
3. Cooling & Ventilation: Ensure the fan operates normally, keep the chassis vents unobstructed, and maintain an ambient temperature ≤ 60 °C.
4. CFast Card Operation: Insert or remove the card only when the CPU is completely powered off. Push the card until a “click” sound is heard to confirm proper seating.
5. Safety & UL Compliance: Use a 24 V DC power supply with a slow-blow fuse ≤ 4 A. Verify that the UL label is present on the nameplate.
6. Routine Maintenance: Regularly check fan operation, LED indicators, and diagnostic LED status. Before replacing the battery or fan box, power off the device and follow anti-static measures.
