1. Overview
The Bently Nevada 3500/25 is an enhanced keyphasor module specifically designed for use in the Bently Nevada 3500 series machinery protection and condition monitoring system. It is responsible for converting analog signals from keyphasors or proximity sensors on rotating machinery into digital keyphasor signals, providing a time reference for subsequent vibration analysis and fault diagnosis.

- Input Range: Widely supports 1-1,200,000 CPM (rotational speed) or 0.017-20 kHz (frequency), and supports ±10V voltage input.
- Output Accuracy: Provides high-precision phase (±0.1°) and rotational speed (±0.05%) measurements.
- Impedance: Minimum input impedance of 21.8kΩ, maximum buffered output impedance of 504Ω, compatible with various on-site sensors.
- Power Consumption: Low-power design with a typical power consumption of less than 5W, suitable for long-term operation.
- Protection Level: Usually IP67 protection, capable of stable operation in high-temperature, high-humidity and harsh vibration environments..
