1. Overview
Bently Nevada 3500/22M 138607-01AG is a data acquisition and communication module specifically designed for the 3500 Rack. It converts analog signals into digital signals through high-precision Analog-to-Digital Conversion (ADC) and transmits data in real time to upper computers (such as System 1 Condition Monitoring Software) via Ethernet or Fiber Optic. This module is the basic hardware for building Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart manufacturing.

- Front Panel: Equipped with LED indicators (OK, TX/RX, TM) to display the module status.
- Rear Panel: Provided with Terminal Blocks for connecting probes and power supply.
- Rack Slot: Standard 3500 rack, usually installed in Slot 1 (the first slot on the left).
- Interface Circuit: Built-in high-speed Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) and signal conditioning circuit.

Installation Recommendations
- Rack Installation: Strictly follow Bently Nevada’s installation manual for rack welding and slot fixing to ensure the module is firm.
- Power Connection: Use 3500/15 (AC) or 3500/15 (DC) power module to supply power to it, and the power wiring must comply with standards.
- Probe Wiring: According to monitoring needs, correctly connect vibration sensors (such as accelerometers) to the corresponding input channels.
Maintenance Points
- Regular Inspection: Regularly check whether the terminal blocks are loose and whether the rack locking device is effective.
- Protection Inspection: Check whether the O-rings and seals are intact to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
