It provides comprehensive protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overtemperature, and leakage. Built-in self-diagnostic functions enable real-time fault status reporting.
Flexible Communication
Supporting a variety of industrial protocols (Modbus RTU, CANopen, Ethernet/IP), it can seamlessly integrate with existing PLC, SCADA systems, or cloud platforms to realize remote monitoring and parameter adjustment.
Programmable Control
The built-in microprocessor offers analog outputs including 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, and PWM, meeting the speed regulation needs of different loads. It supports multiple programming methods such as ladder diagrams and structured text.

Structure and Components
- Power Module: Responsible for AC-DC rectification, filtering, and voltage stabilization, and supplies 24 V DC power for the control side.
- Power Module: Consists of core power semiconductors (MOSFET/IGBT) and magnetic components (inductors/capacitors) to realize DC-DC or DC-AC conversion.
- Control Unit: Combines a microprocessor and memory, running firmware to implement closed-loop speed regulation, protection logic, and communication protocol stacks.
- Human-Machine Interface (HMI): Local LCD/LED indicators, pushbuttons, or knobs for quick on-site parameter configuration.
- Communication Ports: RS-485, CAN, and Ethernet RJ45 interfaces (optional), paired with corresponding protocol conversion chips.
- Heat Dissipation System: Aluminum heat sinks plus optional passive cooling fans ensure thermal management during high-power operation.
