Installation and Maintenance
Installation
- Adopts standard 19-inch rack-mounted or wall-mounted installation, with sufficient ventilation space reserved.
- When wiring, follow IEC 61850 and local electrical specifications: complete power supply, grounding, and network wiring first, then perform module insertion/removal and system power-on.
Commissioning
- Use Emerson’s DeltaV/PlantWeb Insight software for hardware identification, parameter configuration, and function testing. Conduct system acceptance after on-site calibration is completed.
Maintenance
- Routine inspections are recommended every 6 months, including power supply voltage stabilization, cooling fan cleaning, module connection tightening, and firmware updates.
- Abnormal alarms can be pushed to the maintenance platform in real time via the built-in remote diagnosis function, supporting OTA (Over-the-Air) updates and on-site quick module replacement.
