    Commissioning Steps

    1. After power-on, check the indicator lights: a lit power light and a blinking communication light indicate normal operation.
    2. Use Emerson PlantWeb Insight or the corresponding DCS/PLC software to read the module status and verify the output voltage, power, and communication parameters.

    Daily Maintenance

    1. Inspect the tightness of wiring connections and terminal corrosion every 6 months.
    2. Monitor the module’s health index via PlantWeb Insight and replace units that are about to fail in advance.
    3. If over-current or over-voltage alarms occur, immediately check for abnormalities in the load or input power supply.

    Replacement and Upgrade

    1. When replacing the module via hot-swapping, first set the module to “Offline” or “Maintenance” mode in the control system to prevent misoperation.
    2. For upgrading to higher power or dual-machine redundancy, additional backup modules of the same model can be directly added to the same cabinet to achieve seamless switching.
