6. Installation and Maintenance

Installation

• DIN Rail Installation: Slide the relay into the corresponding slot of the DIN rail to ensure it is properly clamped.
• Wiring: Connect the power line, load line (motor line) and control line (such as forward/reverse command line) according to the electrical diagram. Usually, it is necessary to connect a forward/reverse control switch or PLC output signal.
• Polarity Confirmation: Ensure the wiring polarity of the electromagnet coil is correct (usually AC line) to avoid non-action caused by reverse connection.

Maintenance

• Regular Inspection: Regularly check whether the wiring terminals of the relay are loose and whether the contacts have ablation marks.
• Cleaning: Remove dust and debris inside the housing to prevent impurities from entering the contacts.
• Protection: In humid or corrosive environments, it is recommended to install a protective box or use anti-corrosion coating.
• Replacement: When the contacts have obvious burning, adhesion or poor contact, the relay should be replaced with a new one in time.
