- All-Metal Shielding Enclosure: Provides excellent electromagnetic shielding and protection.

- Signal Acquisition Layer: Input channels are equipped with photoelectric isolation and Schmitt triggers to eliminate contact bounce, supporting 15-30V DC wide-voltage input.
- Output Drive Layer: Adopts latching relays, with built-in arc suppression circuits and contact wear monitoring; output status is indicated in real time via red LEDs.
- Communication and Power Layer: Dual redundant DC/DC power modules (24V DC input) supporting millisecond-level fault switching, and exchanging data with Mark IV controller via gold-plated backplane connectors.
