1. Product Overview

3. Structure and Composition
Shell
Made of Q345/Q390 carbon steel, with an insulation layer (usually glass wool + aluminum foil composite material) on the outside and anti-corrosion paint on the inner wall. The shell is equipped with a steam inlet chamber, a steam distributor and a steam discharge chamber inside.
Tube Bundle
Composed of multiple seamless stainless steel tubes (common diameter 20–30 mm), with tube ends welded to the tube sheet. The inside of the tube bundle is usually filled with cooling water (or other cooling media).
Tube Sheet
Usually made of forged steel or ductile iron, with high strength and corrosion resistance. Both sides of the tube sheet are the tube side inlet and tube side outlet respectively.
Inlet/Outlet Flanges
FL (Flanged): Inlet/outlet flanges for horizontal installation (usually 2 pairs). HL (Header): Vertical riser (for vertical installation or adding risers).
Silencer
Installed at the steam inlet to reduce flow noise.
Support and Hoisting Device
Equipped with lifting lugs and supports, facilitating on-site hoisting and positioning.
