4. Structure and Composition
The GE IS220PRTDH1B module consists of the following core components with a compact and integrated structural design:
- Processor Board: Shared by all Mark VIe distributed I/O components, undertaking core data processing and system control tasks.
- Acquisition Board: A dedicated circuit board independently developed for RTD signal input, responsible for accurate collection and preliminary processing of temperature signals.
- LED Indicators: The front panel is equipped with two Ethernet port status indicators, a power indicator and an attention (ATTN) indicator, facilitating real-time equipment status observation and fault diagnosis.
- Ethernet Ports: Arranged on the side of the device for network signal access and data transmission.
The module can be connected to one or two I/O Ethernet networks through a matching RTD input terminal board to realize redundant network transmission and stable data interaction.
