HIMA 42300

HIMA 42300 is a high-performance Analog Input (AI) safety module developed by HIMA (Germany) specifically for its HIMatrix® F series safety control systems. The core function of this module is to safely and reliably collect continuous analog signals from hazardous areas—such as 4-20mA standard signals from temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, and flowmeters—and convert them into high-precision digital signals for processing by safety controllers. As a key interface for analog safety monitoring in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), the HIMA 42300 module adopts HIMA’s proprietary safety diagnostic technology, which continuously monitors the integrity of input signal circuits and effectively identifies faults such as wire breaks, short circuits, and signal overlimits.
