    • Fanless Heat Dissipation: Features an all-metal housing and internal passive heat dissipation to reduce failure rates.
    • Modular Structure: Can be freely combined with other HIMA racks, communication cards, and I/O sub-modules, facilitating system expansion and maintenance.
    • Multi-Protocol Compatibility: Supports multiple fieldbuses through pluggable communication cards to meet different on-site network needs.
    • Easy Installation: Standard DIN rail mounting, with supporting fixed brackets and terminal blocks for quick installation.

    4. Structure and Composition

    • Main Body: Metal housing, containing dual CPUs, redundant power supplies, and analog output circuits inside.
    • Output Card: Each output is independent, and can be configured for 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA.
    • Communication Card Slot: Supports pluggable communication cards (such as Modbus, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, etc.).
    • Power Module: 24 V DC input, with internal voltage stabilization and redundant power supply.
    • Diagnostic Interface: RS-232/RS-485, used for on-site debugging and fault diagnosis.
    • Installation Accessories: DIN rail brackets, fixing screws, terminal blocks, etc.

    5. Typical Application Fields

    • Petrochemical and Refining: Analog control of safety valves and flowmeters.
    • Power and Energy: Safety monitoring of generator sets and transformers.
    • Pharmaceutical and Food: Safety closed-loop control of key process parameters.
    • Iron and Steel, Cement: Safety execution in high-temperature and high-pressure sections.
    • Automotive and Aviation: Driving of safety-related actuators.

    6. Installation and Maintenance Points

    Installation

    1. Fix the module on the DIN rail in accordance with the instruction manual to ensure that the protection level meets on-site requirements.
    2. Connect the 24 V DC power supply and check whether the redundant power supplies are all powered on.
    3. Insert the corresponding communication card according to the fieldbus selection, and complete the bus wiring.

    Wiring

    1. Use shielded cables for the output end, and follow the 4-20 mA wiring specifications (the positive electrode is connected to the current loop, and the negative electrode is connected to the common ground).
    2. For the 0-20 mA mode, a 20 mA reference current must be added to the negative terminal.

    Debugging

    1. Use the RS-232/RS-485 diagnostic interface to read the module status, and confirm that the redundant CPUs, power supply, and output channels are all normal.
    2. Send test commands through the fieldbus to check whether the output current meets the set value.

    Maintenance

    1. Regularly (every 6 months is recommended) check the power connection, terminal blocks, and heat dissipation.
    2. Record the operation log of the module, and pay attention to the number of redundant switches and fault alarms.
    3. If hardware abnormalities are found, replace the corresponding output card or power module in accordance with the instruction manual to avoid overall machine shutdown.
