HIMA F7131 is a module specifically designed for industrial safety systems, typically used as a power monitoring sub-module for F8650 or F8651 central modules. By monitoring power supply voltage and system status, it ensures the activation of safety protection mechanisms in the event of power failure.

HIMA F7131 mainly consists of the following parts:
- Power Monitoring Circuit: Used for collecting and analyzing power supply voltage signals.
- Indicator Light Group: The front of the module is usually equipped with 3 LED indicator lights, which display the status of 3 power supply channels respectively.
- Communication Interface: Used to feed back monitoring data to the upper computer or other control units.
- Backup Battery Compartment: Built-in battery compartment (using CR-1/2 AA-CB battery) to provide backup power when the main power supply is cut off.

6. Installation & Maintenance
Installation
- Modular Design: F7131 adopts a modular design, usually inserted into the rack of the HIMA central module for quick installation.
- Connection: Needs to be connected to the monitored power circuit and communication bus.
Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Since the internal built-in battery is used for power supply during power outage, it is recommended to replace the backup battery every 4 years.
- Regular Testing: Regular testing of the power status monitoring function is required to ensure reliable triggering of protection in case of actual failure.
- Firmware Upgrade: According to system needs, it may be necessary to upgrade the module firmware to fix security vulnerabilities or optimize functions.
