Key Installation & Maintenance Notes
Installation
- Select distribution cabinets compliant with IEC 60204-1 and reserve 10 cm width module slots.
- Connect power cables and communication cables (RJ45, optical fiber or RS-485) to corresponding terminal blocks according to the wiring diagram.
- Fix busbars with elastic buckles to ensure reliable contact between busbars and modules.
- Conduct on-site power-on self-test after installation, check indicator status and confirm normal communication links.
Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the dust filter, cooling fan and grounding device inside the cabinet to maintain good heat dissipation.
- Utilize built-in self-test functions and remote monitoring platforms to capture fault codes in a timely manner and perform software and hardware upgrades.
- For module replacement, cut off the power supply first, pull out the faulty module and insert a new one of the same specification; the system will automatically identify it and resume operation.
