Installation & Maintenance Key Points
Installation
Install in a well-ventilated and dry environment, and keep sufficient heat dissipation gap (usually 100mm) between the cabinet back and the wall. Strictly follow the wiring diagram for cable laying during installation to avoid excessively small cable bending radius.
Grounding
Ensure the grounding busbar is reliably connected to the building grounding system, and the grounding resistance meets local specification requirements.
Commissioning
Conduct insulation resistance test, grounding continuity test and switch function test before power-on.
Daily Inspection
Regularly check the tightness of terminal blocks, insulation status and integrity of door locks. Perform functional calibration on thermal components (e.g., thermal relays).
Cleaning & Maintenance
Keep the cabinet interior dry and free from dust accumulation. Use compressed air or soft brush for dust cleaning when necessary.
Replacement & Upgrade
Cut off the main power supply and use insulated tools when replacing circuit breakers or adding modules, strictly following the principle of “disconnect first, connect later”.
