Installation & Maintenance Key Points

1. On-site Inspection: Verify that the ventilation, temperature and humidity of the equipment room or power distribution room meet product technical requirements before installation.
2. Foundation Fixation: The cabinet must be fixed on a solid foundation or bracket to ensure levelness and verticality, preventing mechanical vibration during operation.
3. Wiring Specifications: Comply with IEC 60364-4-41 and domestic power distribution wiring standards; use dedicated terminal blocks and ensure clear phase sequence and phase identification.
4. Grounding Measures: All metal enclosures must be reliably grounded with grounding resistance less than 1 Ω.
5. Commissioning & Testing: Conduct insulation resistance, grounding resistance and short-circuit capacity tests before power-on; after power-on, check if protection settings, indicator lights and alarm functions work normally.
6. Regular Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections every 6-12 months, including fastener check, terminal cleaning, circuit breaker mechanical operation test and thermal imaging for hot spots.
7. Module Replacement: In case of module failure, directly pull out and replace the faulty module after power-off and cabinet locking, without dismantling the entire cabinet, minimizing downtime.
