4. Structure and Composition
- Module Body: The core component of the product, integrating 16-channel relay drive circuits, which realizes the conversion and output of control signals, and carries the core functional modules of the whole product.
- Terminal Block: A 20-point detachable terminal block, which is used for external wiring connection of load and power supply. The detachable design makes it convenient for replacement, maintenance and on-site wiring adjustment, reducing the difficulty of later maintenance.
- Connector: FCN connector, a dedicated interface for connecting with the PLC main unit or backplane, ensuring stable signal transmission between the module and the PLC control system, with good anti-loosening and anti-interference performance.
- Rail Buckle: Specially designed buckle structure for quick installation on the AM1 FD rail, realizing firm fixation of the module, convenient for standardized installation in the control cabinet and saving installation space.

7. Installation and Maintenance
7.1 Installation
First, clamp the module firmly onto the AM1 FD rail, and check that the rail buckle is fully locked to avoid loosening or falling off. Then connect the FCN connector to the PLC backplane or main unit correctly, ensuring tight and reliable connection to guarantee smooth signal transmission.
7.2 Wiring
Use the matching 20-point terminal block for wiring operations. Select the corresponding DC or AC output wiring mode according to the actual load type and on-site power supply specifications, and strictly follow the industrial wiring standards to ensure the correctness and safety of the circuit.
7.3 Maintenance
The BMXDRA1605 is designed as a maintenance-free module under normal working conditions. Routine maintenance only requires regular inspection of wiring connections, including checking whether the connectors and terminal blocks are firmly connected, and whether the terminals are corroded, loose or oxidized. If mechanical failure occurs to the internal relay, it is recommended to replace the entire module directly or carry out professional maintenance by technical personnel to avoid affecting the normal operation of the control system.
