Structure & Components

• Coil Assembly: When the current exceeds the set threshold, the coil generates magnetic force to drive the tripping mechanism, triggering the circuit disconnection action.
• Tripping Mechanism: Composed of spring and electromagnet, it is responsible for quickly opening the contacts when overload occurs, realizing rapid circuit breaking.
• Contact System: Includes normally closed (NC) contacts, which disconnect the circuit after tripping; it may also be equipped with normally open (NO) contacts for signal indication, facilitating staff to monitor the working status.
• Terminals: Used for connecting power cables, load cables and control signal lines, with reasonable design to ensure convenient and firm wiring.
