VI. Installation and Maintenance Guidelines
Installation

- Insert the IC65N2PC20A into the rail and secure it with clips; repeat the same process for the VIGI 2P40A.
- During wiring: Connect the L and N terminals of the circuit breaker to the power phase and neutral lines respectively; connect the primary side of the CT in series with the measured circuit, and the secondary side to protective relays or metering instruments.
- Check that all screws and clips are tightly fastened to avoid looseness.
Commissioning
- Reset the circuit breaker handle and verify that the indicator light functions normally.
- Perform secondary side current calibration for the CT (e.g., using an ammeter or relay calibration function) to ensure the ratio coefficient is 40A/5A (standard ratio).
Daily Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the circuit breaker handle and indicator light for abnormalities; clean dust if necessary.
- Check the tightness of the CT’s primary side conductor to prevent measurement errors caused by looseness.

Replacement
