6. Installation and Maintenance
Installation
Adopt DIN rail installation or wall-mounted installation, and fix it on the industrial panel with special fixing screws. During installation, ensure that there is sufficient heat dissipation space around and avoid moisture intrusion.
Maintenance
During maintenance, it is recommended to cut off the DC24V power supply. Regularly check the wiring of the I/O interface and whether the terminals are loose, and ensure that the communication lines (RS485/Ethernet) are firmly connected to avoid system shutdown caused by communication failures.
