Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
On-site Preparation
Ensure the equipment room or power distribution room has sufficient space, good ventilation and moisture-proof conditions.
Mechanical Installation
Fix the cabinet to the ground or bracket with bolts, and check the levelness and verticality.
Busbar Connection
Correctly connect the rear-mounted busbars to external power supplies and loads according to the wiring diagram, and use dedicated busbar terminals to ensure reliable contact.
Module Assembly
Slide the required functional modules into the reserved module slots in sequence, lock them and check the positioning.
Wiring & Labeling
Complete the incoming and outgoing wiring of each module in accordance with electrical drawings, and use unified colors and numbering for identification.
Commissioning
Conduct insulation resistance and grounding continuity tests before power-on; perform functional tests (closing, opening, protection action) after power-on.
Daily Maintenance
Regularly check the fasteners of busbars and modules, clean dust, detect temperature and vibration; conduct preventive replacement of wearing parts such as circuit breakers and contactors.
