- Follow the wiring sequence of +24 V DC → Output Terminal → Load → COM during wiring to prevent incorrect connection
Wiring Recommendations
- Use cables compliant with IEC 60204-1 standard; cross-sectional area should meet the safety margin for 175 mA current (0.5 mm² copper wire is commonly used)
- For high-current loads (e.g., contactor coils), it is recommended to install fuses or overcurrent protection between output terminals and loads
Commissioning
- Check if the power indicator light is on after power-on
- Verify the normalcy of +24 V DC voltage at each point with a multimeter or oscilloscope
- Perform ON/OFF tests on output points in PLC program to confirm load response
Maintenance
- Regularly check the tightness of terminal screws to prevent loosening caused by vibration
