6.1 Pre-installation Preparation

• Confirm the power supply voltage is 24V DC and the voltage fluctuation is within the allowable range.
• Verify that the ambient temperature and humidity meet the operating requirements (-40°C to +70°C, 5% to 95% non-condensing).
• Check the DIN rail size and fixed position to ensure compliance with installation specifications.

6.2 Installation Steps

• Snap the module onto a standard DIN rail; a locking sound indicates correct installation in place.
• Connect the RS-485 communication wires (A+, B-) according to the official wiring diagram.
• Wire the IRIG-B time synchronization signal cable correctly.
• Connect the 24V DC power cable with correct positive and negative polarity.
• Tighten all wiring terminals to ensure reliable contact and avoid poor connection.
