6. Installation Requirements
6.1 Installation Environment
- Install in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct sunlight exposure
- Maintain ambient temperature within the range of -25°C to +55°C
- Keep the installation environment free of frost, condensation, water seepage and rain splash
6.2 Installation Procedures
- Fix the device firmly on the control panel
- Connect power supply, CT/VT and signal cables in accordance with the wiring diagram
- Connect fiber optic communication cables if communication function is required after verifying correct wiring
- Check the firmness of all wiring connections before powering on the device
6.3 Precautions
- Ensure correct polarity when connecting CT/VT devices
- Use dedicated fiber optic cables or shielded cables for communication wiring
- Two-person operation is recommended during installation to prevent device falling and damage
- Ensure reliable grounding with grounding resistance ≤ 10Ω
