6.1 Installation

• Mounting: Secure the contactor base to the distribution cabinet wall or bracket with bolts, ensuring it is horizontal.
• Wiring:

  Protection: In humid or dusty environments, an IP65 terminal box or protective cover must be installed.

  • Main contacts: Use L1‑L2‑L3 for input and T1‑T2‑T3 for output.
  • Auxiliary contacts: Normally open (NO) terminals are marked as NO, normally closed (NC) terminals as NC, and common terminals as COM.
  • Coil: Connect to the terminal corresponding to the voltage (e.g., 24 V, 115 V), and pay attention to polarity distinction.

6.2 Commissioning

• Check the correctness of all wiring and confirm no short circuits before power-on.
• Use a multimeter or clamp meter to check if the coil resistance is within the rated range (typically 100 Ω – 500 Ω).
