Structure & Composition
ATLAS PF600 features a compact hardware structure, mainly consisting of the following parts:
Controller (Host)
The core processing unit, including CPU, memory, and communication interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, etc.). It is responsible for executing tightening strategies and data recording.
Input/Output Module (I/O)
Provides digital/analog signal input (such as position switches, photoelectric sensors) and output (such as warning lights, relays). Some models may support hot-swap expansion.
Display Screen (SmartScreen)
A touch-sensitive color screen that displays real-time torque values, angle values, and alarm information. It supports on-site parameter debugging and troubleshooting directly.
Power Supply Module
Depending on the model, it provides standard voltage (380V) or low-voltage (LV) version.
Communication Interfaces
Including RJ45 network port, USB interface, and sometimes CAN bus support.
