    Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

     

    1. Installation Location: Ensure the chassis is placed in a well-ventilated and dust-free environment, away from direct sunlight or high-temperature heat sources.
    2. Fixing Method: Fix using standard DIN rails or cabinet screws, and keep the chassis horizontal to facilitate heat dissipation.
    3. Power Connection: Power the device via the CX2100 power supply module. Check that the power cable connectors are secure to avoid voltage fluctuations.
    4. Interface Wiring: Use shielded cables that meet industrial standards for Ethernet, USB, and DVI‑I interfaces to prevent electromagnetic interference.
    5. Module Expansion: If fieldbus or serial port functions are required, first reserve the corresponding slots inside the chassis, then insert the relevant modules.
    6. Software Deployment: Use TwinCAT to install the corresponding operating system image. After installation, perform a system backup and use NOVRAM to save key parameters.
    7. Regular Inspection: Check the heat sink, interface connection status, and read-write health of the CFast card every 6 months. Clean or replace components if necessary.
