5. For EtherCAT connection, use shielded twisted-pair cables and follow EtherCAT topology (daisy-chain or star) wiring specifications.
6. For encoder/resolver wiring, connect to the corresponding port based on the selected feedback type (SinCos, EnDat 2.1, BiSS B) and check signal integrity.

Commissioning Steps

1. Parameterize the drive via TwinCAT 3 (configure current limits, acceleration, speed, and position loop parameters).
2. Conduct no-load operation tests to verify that STO, overvoltage, and temperature alarm functions work properly.
3. Gradually apply the actual load and monitor current, temperature, and vibration.

Daily Maintenance

1. Regularly check the operation of cooling fans and the accumulation of dust.
2. Inspect the tightness of terminal blocks to prevent signal loss caused by loosening.
