1. Overview
The BENTLY 3500-22M is an important Transient Data Interface (TDI) module of the Bently Nevada 3500 series monitoring system. It is specifically designed to capture and record transient data (such as shocks, instantaneous vibration peaks, etc.) of rotating machinery (such as turbines, compressors, pumps, etc.), facilitating accurate fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.

- Measurement Range: 0-1000mm/s (or corresponding acceleration range).
- Sampling Rate: Optional 25.6 kHz, 51.2 kHz, 102.4 kHz; some high-end models support up to 100 kHz or higher.
- Resolution: Up to 24 bits.
- Power Requirement: 24 VDC, power consumption ranges from approximately 7.7W to 25W.
- Interfaces: Supports BNC input; network communication interfaces include Ethernet (10Base-T/100Base-TX/100Base-FX) and RS-485.

Maintenance
The module is designed for easy maintenance and supports hot-swap. It is recommended to regularly check the data storage status and network communication, and ensure that the software and firmware versions are up-to-date.
