6. Installation and Maintenance Recommendations

Installation Environment

• It is recommended to install in a dry environment without corrosive gases, avoiding direct exposure to rain or oil pollution.
• The installation location should be convenient for wiring, and parallel laying with high-power motor cables should be avoided to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Wiring Specifications

• Power Supply: Ensure the power supply voltage is 24VDC, and the current capacity is sufficient to drive all relay coils.
• Load: The rated current and voltage of the relay contacts should be within their bearing range to avoid overload.
• Signal Cables: Correctly connect the alarm output cables (Alarm Output) or input cables (Alarm Input) of the 3500 system to the corresponding ports of the module.

Debugging and Programming

• Assign a module address to the 3500/33 through the 3500/11 or 3500/12 communication module.
• Use the 3500/93 (LCD) or 3500/94 (VGA) display module to enter the configuration menu (usually in “Relay Setup” or “Logic Setup”) to set the logic conditions for each channel.
