Structure and Composition

• Power Conversion Unit: The core internal component, responsible for converting the input voltage (usually 85-264VAC or 24VDC) into a stable 20-30V DC output.
• Heat Dissipation System: A necessary heat dissipation device for large industrial power supplies (usually air-cooled), used to maintain the module’s operating temperature between -40℃ and +70℃.
• Terminals: Equipped with input power terminals and output terminals; some models support RS485 or Ethernet communication interfaces for monitoring power supply status.

Installation and Maintenance Recommendations

• Installation: Must be installed in the designated left slot of the Bently Nevada 3500 Series rack. Ensure that the input power meets the module’s rated input requirements (usually industrial standard AC power), and correctly connect the output terminal to supply power to other modules.
• Operation Monitoring: The module is usually equipped with status indicator lights (LEDs), and its output voltage, current and fault status can be monitored through the rack front panel or the upper computer system.
• Maintenance: It is recommended to regularly check the tightness of the input power connection and clean the dust on the module surface to prevent overheating faults caused by poor heat dissipation.
