5. Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

• Installation Method: Supports 19-inch rack mounting (DIN rail) and wall-mounted mounting. The appropriate installation depth should be selected according to the on-site cabinet specifications (such as standard rack depth 349mm or wall-mounted depth 267mm).
• Power Supply Requirements: It is recommended to use the original power supply, providing main power and redundant power to ensure that the system can switch automatically when the main power fails, ensuring the continuity of monitoring.
• Maintenance Recommendations:
  • Regularly check the chassis tightness and heat dissipation to ensure the operating temperature is within the normal range.
  • Regularly calibrate the proximity sensor (such as 3500/41R) to ensure the accuracy of displacement measurement.
  • Check the system log through BENTLY 3500 Configuration Software, clear expired alarm records, and ensure that the software version matches the hardware firmware.
