Installation

• Module Insertion: Insert the functional module into the corresponding slot of the rack, ensuring that the plug is aligned with the slot and fully inserted.
• Sensor Connection: Connect the vibration sensor or temperature sensor to the system host through a dedicated junction box, paying attention to the wiring sequence and protective measures.

Maintenance

• Regular Inspection: Check whether the modules inside the rack are loose, corroded or overheated, and clean the dust inside the chassis.
• Sensor Calibration: Vibration sensors need to be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of measurement data.
• Software Upgrade: Perform system parameter setting and upgrade through Bently Nevada System 1 software, and back up monitoring data regularly.
