The M907-000 is a low-voltage switchgear belonging to the MLS series under Schneider AEG (now AEG Industrial Power). Adopting Factory Built Assembly (FBA), it is suitable for power distribution systems with 50/60 Hz, rated voltage ≤ 690 V and rated operating current ≤ 6300 A, providing functions of power distribution, conversion, control and reactive power compensation.

Product Features
- Modular Design: The cabinet body uses 2mm aluminum-zinc coated steel plates. Standard modules (E=25mm) are quickly assembled with self-tapping screws, supporting multiple functional units (power center, motor control center, withdrawable/plug-in/fixed units).
- Flexible Protection: Optional IP30/40 (ventilated top plate) or IP31/41 (drip-proof); upgradeable to IP42 and IP55 by adding shutters or sealed top plates to meet high protection requirements.
- High-current Busbar: The main busbar supports 3-phase 4-wire or 5-wire systems. Dual-busbar structure is adopted when rated current ≥ 4000 A. Busbars can be rear-mounted or top-mounted for convenient on-site wiring.
- Intelligent Circuit Breakers: Equipped with EntelliGuard™, M-Pact air circuit breakers or Record plus molded case circuit breakers, with rated current 400 A – 6400 A and maximum breaking capacity 150 kA, featuring electronic tripping and communication (Modbus/Profibus) functions.
- Multi-functional Motor Protection: Optional MC10 series intelligent motor protection devices provide overload, grounding, locked rotor and phase unbalance protection, and support fieldbus communication.
Structure & Composition
- Cabinet Shell: 2mm aluminum-zinc coated steel plate for the body, 1.5mm steel plate for door panels, epoxy powder coating (RAL 7035), with internal hinges and opening angle ≥ 120°.
- Protection Class: IP30/40 (ventilated), IP31/41 (drip-proof), upgradeable to IP42 and IP55; withdrawable units reach IP2XD in separated position.
- Busbar System: 3-phase 4-wire/5-wire, rear-mounted or top-mounted, dual-busbar (≥ 4000 A) design, equipped with PE protective conductors and vertical branch grounding busbars.
- Power Center: Including busbar compartment, equipment compartment and cable compartment; the busbar compartment can install horizontal or vertical busbars and accommodate up to 3 air circuit breakers.
- Motor Control Center: Provides fixed, plug-in and withdrawable units, with module height 8E/2 – 72E and rated frame current 160 A – 2000 A.

Installation & Maintenance Notes
- Installation Method: Wall-mounted (distance from wall ≥ 300mm) or free-standing (distance from wall ≥ 800mm); base can be fixed by welding or 4×M16 bolts; cabinet-to-cabinet connection uses 8×M8 hexagon socket bolts.
- Wiring: Primary main wiring schemes provide multiple busbar layout diagrams, supporting top or bottom incoming/outgoing lines; cables can be connected via prefabricated connectors or directly to terminal blocks.
- Protection Upgrade: Install shutters, sealed top plates or glass outer doors according to on-site protection needs to achieve higher grades such as IP42 and IP55.
- Daily Maintenance: Check bolt tightness, door lock sealing, busbar connections and protection class labels; regularly conduct functional tests and communication verification on air circuit breakers and molded case circuit breakers.
- Environmental Adaptation: Ensure the operating environment temperature, humidity and altitude meet product technical specifications; consult the manufacturer for type selection or take additional protective measures if exceeding the range.
