6. Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

Pre-Installation Inspection

Mechanical Installation

• Use ISO 2768-1 tolerance standard for positioning.
• Apply a torque of 30 Nm to the bolts (refer to the actual bolt specifications for details).
• For base mounting, install vibration isolation pads between the base and the motor housing to reduce resonance.

Electrical Wiring

• Connect to PWM or DC power supply according to the Eaton CDH series wiring diagram.

Commissioning
