    Installation and Maintenance Points

    Installation

    1. Fix the module on a standard 35 mm DIN rail or use panel screws for panel mounting.
    2. Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 24-30 V DC, and the power supply has sufficient filtering and voltage stabilization.
    3. Use DIP switches to configure the voltage level and functions as needed, and enable the corresponding signal channels.
    4. When connecting the BNC vibration probe, ensure the use of shielded cables and check whether the 120 Ω termination is correctly connected.

    Wiring

    1. Analog signal cables should use shielded twisted pairs and be kept separate from high-power cables to reduce EMI interference.
    2. Digital I/O and DC Field Bus use terminal blocks or RJ45 that meet industrial standards to ensure reliable contact.

    Debugging

    1. Use the TP test points and LED indicators provided on the board to check the status of the power supply, signal input, and fuses.
    2. Use an on-site portable multimeter or oscilloscope to verify the amplitude and phase of the analog signal, and confirm that the ADC sampling is normal.

    Maintenance

    1. Regularly check the integrity of fuses, jumpers, and DIP switches to prevent poor contact caused by vibration or corrosion.
    2. During high-temperature seasons or when the ambient temperature is close to the upper limit, ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation, and install heat sinks if necessary.
    3. If abnormal noise or signal drift is found, first check the termination resistor and shielding integrity of the BNC vibration channel, then check the power supply filtering.
