6. Installation and Maintenance

• Installation Location: The board is installed in the P Core of the GE Speedtronic Mark V gas turbine control system, and positioning programming must be completed via Berg jumpers before formal operation to match the system configuration.
• Replacement Process: When replacing the faulty board, it is recommended to remove the PROM modules from the old board and install them on the new replacement board. This operation avoids re-burning firmware and maintains consistent original system parameters, ensuring rapid restoration of equipment operation.
• Troubleshooting: The board is equipped with multiple fuses and jumper components. For fault diagnosis, inspect the fuses for blown status, check whether the jumpers are disconnected or loose, and verify the integrity of PROM modules to locate and resolve faults efficiently.
