The IS220PDOAH1B consists of a general-purpose processor board and an acquisition board customized for discrete output functions. The processor features a high-speed processor, RAM and flash memory, dual independent 10/100 Ethernet ports, hardware watchdog timer and reset circuit, local ambient temperature sensor, infrared serial communication port, status indicator LEDs, electronic ID and ID reading capability, extensive acquisition board programmable logic support, input power connector soft start/current limiter, and sequencing and monitoring functions for local power supply. On the output side, the PDOA is equipped with a DC-37 pin connector, which seamlessly connects with the corresponding terminal board connector, simplifying installation and maintenance processes.

VI. Installation and Maintenance
Installation: First, fix the selected terminal board in the desired position. For simplex configuration, connect one PDOA I/O package to the terminal board connector; for TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) setup, connect three PDOA I/O packages to the terminal board connector. Ensure mechanical stability by securing the package using the threaded studs located next to the Ethernet ports, and adjust the bracket position to avoid applying right-angle force to the DC37 connector. Insert one or two Ethernet cables according to the system configuration; the PDOA package can operate using either port.
Maintenance: The IS220PDOAH1B is designed for reliability, but improper handling and storage may affect its functionality. It is recommended to store the module in an electrostatic-sensitive storage box under recommended conditions. In case of problems, quick testing, diagnosis, and repair can be performed. Quick repair options are available, with professional tools and experts conducting repairs in the control environment.
