Core Positioning: HIMA F8621A is a safety Input/Output (I/O) module launched by HIMA, belonging to its core product line in the field of process industrial safety. It is mainly used for constructing control systems for Safety-Critical Applications.
Design Purpose: Specifically designed to meet the scenarios with extremely high requirements for safety and reliability in industrial automation systems, ensuring that the system can shut down safely in case of faults to prevent personal injury and equipment damage.

Power Supply: Supports AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz or DC 24V power supply.
Communication Interface: Equipped with dual RS485 ports, supporting master-slave mode, which facilitates networking with PLC, SCADA or other safety modules.

- Input: Supports digital input and analog input, meeting the access needs of various sensor signals.
- Output: Provides digital output and analog output. Digital output usually supports Pulse Output, which is convenient for detecting short circuits and open circuits.

Hardware Architecture: Adopts redundant architecture design, integrating dual communication ports and I/O channels internally to ensure that a single point of failure will not lead to system failure.

Electrical Characteristics: The number of input/output points is up to 512, supporting 8-channel digital input and 8-channel digital output (depending on the specific model specifications).
