6. Installation and Maintenance
Installation
- Confirm the fixed plane of the chassis and secure the motor with bolts.
- Align the axial center and connect using a standard coupling.
- Connect to the three-phase power supply according to the electrical wiring diagram, and ensure the terminal blocks are tightly fastened.
- Check that the protective cover and sealing ring are intact to prevent dust from entering.
Commissioning
- Perform auto-tuning via the Lenze inverter and record the starting current and torque.
- Check whether the speed and torque meet the rated parameters.
Daily Maintenance
- Inspect the bearing lubricating oil or grease every 6 months and replace if necessary.
- Regularly clean the heat sinks and end covers to prevent dust accumulation.
- Monitor the operating temperature and current, and stop the machine for inspection in case of abnormalities.
Troubleshooting
- Overheating: Check if the air vents are blocked and if the bearing lubrication is insufficient.
- Abnormal Noise: Check for bearing wear or rotor imbalance.
- Abnormal Current: Verify the power supply voltage, correct wiring, and reasonable inverter parameter settings.
