Installation and Maintenance Guidelines

Installation

2. Grounding MethodAdopt shielded grounding with capacitive coupling to the housing. Ensure a good connection between the metal housing and the ground wire to prevent electromagnetic interference.
3. Address ConfigurationSet a unique station address for each ASP‑890‑300 within the range of 1 - 32 to avoid network conflicts.
4. Communication Module InstallationInsert the corresponding communication board based on the on-site network type (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, etc.), and use standard-compliant RJ45 or optical fiber cables.
5. Protective Housing InstallationIn dusty or humid environments, install the IP65 protective housing and ensure the sealing gasket is intact.

Maintenance
